The transparency and friendliness at Body Works Plus are a breath of fresh air. They worked on one of my cars three years ago, and when I got into another accident, I went right back to them. They were there to answer all of my questions and made the whole process easy. Unfortunately this car was considered totaled by the insurance company but I would have trusted them with the structural repair that was needed.

Body Works Plus had been amazing when I had my Mazda CX-5 fixed from start to finish. All of them are really professional. Shout out to Chris, Rachel, Wyatt, and Brian! My car looks brand new from inside and out. They will definitely help you through the process especially about insurance claims and will take great lengths to help. Highly recommended!

Chris and the team at Body Works Plus did a great job repairing some cosmetic damage to my 2026 Tesla Model Y. They provided consistent updates throughout the repair process and coordinated w/ insurance so while keeping me updated on any changes to estimates, etc. which I appreciated. Car looks brand new again so great job by the team!

I had a great experience with Body Works Plus. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. After my accident, I was honestly just hoping to get my car back to “normal.” Somehow, they made it look better than it did before the accident even happened. The attention to detail was impressive, and you can tell they take real pride in their work. If you’re in Charlotte and need body work done, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Top-notch operation all around.

From start to finish, Body Works Plus exceeded my expectations. The customer service was outstanding — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. I loved the text updates that kept me informed of every stage of the repair process. I never once had to call for an update because they were always one step ahead. Since my insurance covered a rental, they even arranged for Enterprise to pick me up right from the shop, which made everything so convenient. When I got my car back, it looked brand new — you would never know it had been damaged. The office staff were warm, knowledgeable, and focused on making sure I was completely happy before leaving. They truly deserve 10 out of 10 across the board! One note for anyone planning repairs: depending on the extent of your damage and your insurance company’s process, repairs can take around 3–6 weeks. I dropped my car off on September 25, 2025 and picked it up Thursday, November 6, 2025 While I wasn’t expecting to be without my car that long, the quality of the work and service made it absolutely worth the wait. Highly recommend Body Works Plus — they set the standard for excellent service and craftsmanship!
